Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting for tutors in Huddersfield!
At Prospero, we work with local authorities to arrange 1:1 tuition for students accessing alternative provision.

What will you be tutoring?
The vast majority of our tuition referrals are for English and Maths. A lot of our students are working below expected age range, and the delivery of learning will be at a KS1 – KS3 level.

Here’s an example role we have available at the moment!

Location: HD6, within the student home
Start Date: ASAP, if you’re cleared for work, or February 2026
End Date: Ongoing
Hours: 15 hours (10am-1pm)
Pay: GBP20 – GBP30 per hour.
The Role: English and Maths tuition for a Post-16 student working below ARE. SEN experience desired.
