Job Summary
Responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, high-quality production within General Motors de Mexico operations. This role focuses on continuous improvement and problem-solving in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment for vehicle assembly or stamping operations.
• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, quality, cost, and safety using new technologies and AI.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and control plans.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing operations, automation, quality, and production teams to ensure smooth automation project launches.
