+ Built in referrals (including referrals from surrounding rural offices), ready-made patient panel
+ Services offered include: bread and butter ENT services, head and neck cancer, sinus surgery; outreach to various locations
+ 1:4 call
+ Shareholder eligibility after the first full calendar year
