JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To assist doctor during medical and aesthetic procedures
• To perform skin, body and /or hair analysis to customers
• To provide valuable advice to customers in a professional manner
• Manage customer's expectations, explain treatment procedures, and follow up patients with post treatment care and results
• Ensure clients satisfaction and comfort after each treatment therapy
• To recommend suitable treatment packages to customers
• Prepare treatment rooms, and maintain cleanliness and upkeep of machine conditions
• Ensure condiments and accessories for customers are replenished at all times
• Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention
• To ensure all consent
• Other administrative work as assigned by branch manager or management
