Beauty Marketing Trainee

Join the **Beauty Marketing team** and take part in shaping the future of our Beauty categories at dsm-firmenich — including Hair Care, Bath & Shower, Deodorant, and Skincare. Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll be mentored by a Senior Marketing Manager who will support your growth and help you develop valuable professional skills.

**Your key responsibilities:**

+ Be a trends spotter: identify innovative products and emerging consumer needs for the different beauty categories - Bath & Shower, Deodorant, Hair Care, Skincare – using omnichannel platforms (trends platforms, social media, etc.)
+ Help build the category fundamentals, including global market reviews and internal newsletters on strategic topics in collaboration with Marketing and Fragrance Development teams
+ Contribute to the creation of impactful innovation launch presentations across the beauty categories, including the development of visual assets (images and videos) and promo kits
