• Promote skincare products and provide product recommendations to customers over the counter
• Deliver skincare consultations and product demonstrations to support sales targets and KPIs
• Build strong customer relationships while providing high-quality customer service
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure accurate stock and transaction records
