Responsibilities:
- Perform professional facial and skincare treatments.
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Operate beauty equipment according to SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Promote beauty packages and retail products.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Keep accurate customer treatment records.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Attend company training and meetings.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager.
