Roles & Responsibilities Advertising and promoting services, offers, and discounts via social media. Monitoring stock and ordering beauty products as and when required. Ensuring proper cleaning of beauty equipment and tools after use and following hygiene practices. Proficient with all skin and hair treatments. Ability to handle customers' requests and complaints with elegance. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction. Keep up with beauty industry trends to suggest new marketing ideas. Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment. Willingness to work night shift and split shift. Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
