Position Overview

Shaw is hiring a Beam Tufting Reliability Tech C. This position will serve the Tufting/Warping Department by making necessary repairs and/or adjustments to tufting machines for the purpose of maintaining their efficient and accurate operation.


Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am


Essential Duties:

+ Make necessary repairs to tufting machines and warpers.

+ Perform preventative maintenance on tufting machines and warpers.

+ Make major changes of blades, loopers and needles on tufting machines

+ Make necessary speed adjustments to tufting machines

+ Obtain dissection weight checks for the purpose of determining the nature of tufting machine adjustments and make the needed adjustments pending the analysis of the dissection weight checks

+ Make necessary tufting machine adjustments to accommodate style changes
