[BDO] IT Data Analyst Intern

IT management tools (ITFM, CI cost dashboard, automation by power query – excel macro, power BI dashboard…) 

• Extract raw data from the business system 
• Work with reports and use Power Query to distribute IT service charging costs 

IT infrastructure tracking:  

• Perform one time checks of IT equipments 
• Record and update all asset information in an Excel file 
• Collect monthly invoices from telecommunications service providers 
• Record and track all related invoices and costs 
• Work with vendors on task related to contracts, request forms, documents, and support levels (as needed) 

• 3rd- or 4th-year university student with IT/ Computer Science or relevant background  
• Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory).
