JOB DETAILS
1) Handling Enterprise Accounts of TTL
2) Retention of existing a/c base
3) Revenue Enhancement on a weekly basis with various methodology
4) Handling quality control for agent calls
5) Resource allocation within the team for all the agents
6) Attending client calls on weekly basis for disputed accounts
7) Preparing day to day, weekly and monthly metrics for clients
8) Preparing reports for internal management team.
9) Predict Churn & Plan for Revenue Gap
10) Business analyst - Revenue Projection
11) Report management & publishing various dashboards to estimate the business output of the month.
12) Handle the team effectively in the absence of my higher official and delegates work to the agents
