*BCBA Therapist positions are available at levels I, II, or III, depending on experience and education. *

Our NEW is scheduled to open in December 2026. Candidates applying for this position should expect a start date after November 1, 2026. All applicants must be 21 years of age or older and provide three professional references as part of the hiring process.

General Description

Under general supervision, performs assessment, development, implementation and oversight of behavior analytic interventions. This role functions within an interdisciplinary medical team and BCBA ensures treatment is evidence-based, individualized, and aligned with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA), regulatory standards, and OU Health policies.
