BCBA – Clinic-Based | Hammond, IN | $100K

This is a full-time clinic-based BCBA role at our Hammond location. You'll work in a structured clinic environment with strong peer support, clear systems, and a team that shows up for each other every day.

We're looking for a clinician who wants to do great work, stay focused on clients, and not spend energy fighting a disorganized system.

What you'll do:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy

• Provide parent training and caregiver coaching

• Monitor progress, adjust programming, maintain documentation

• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members
