**Position Overview**

The **Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** provides behavioral consultation, training, and direct support within a school setting. This role includes conducting behavioral evaluations, developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and supervising behavioral service delivery. The BCBA serves as a clinical teacher—observing, assessing, and guiding staff to ensure high-quality, evidence-based behavioral support for students with academic and behavioral needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
