**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate and monitor asphalt plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
+ Perform routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and adjustments on plant systems
+ Coordinate material flow to meet production demands and quality specifications
+ Complete daily operational logs and communicate issues promptly
+ Support safe work practices, housekeeping, and team collaboration across the site
