Battery Test Engineer

Cascade Engineering Services is looking for a Battery Test Engineer to support battery development by executing test plans, operating test equipment, and analyzing results.

Responsibilities include:

Interpret test plans and requests to create new battery tester procedures, measurement documents, and resource allocation

Operate and enable battery testing, supporting battery development. 

+ Starting and monitoring tests  

+ Processing test data and communicating results  

+ Prepare cells and packs for test  

+ Troubleshooting unexpected issues  

+ Processing incoming cells and packs  

+ Collaborating with other team members to manage multiple tests and tasks in parallel  

Lab housekeeping and inventory management (for example, familiarity with 5S procedures) 

Basic Knowledgeable about Li-ion Rechargeable Batteries
