HYTE is retained by a fast‑growing, venture‑backed advanced engineering company to appoint a Battery Systems Lead into a critical technical leadership role. This position sits at the intersection of battery systems development, high‑voltage engineering, prototyping, testing, industrialisation and certification. The role is highly hands‑on and focused on taking advanced lithium‑ion battery systems from concept through design, validation, production readiness and operational deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and integration of advanced high‑voltage lithium‑ion battery systems.
Define battery pack requirements from system level through to module and component level, considering safety, performance, integration and certification requirements.
