HYTE is retained by a fast-growing, venture-backed advanced engineering company to appoint a Battery Manufacturing Lead into a key technical execution role.

This position is highly hands-on and focused on taking battery pack and energy storage systems from early-stage development through prototyping, pilot builds, and industrialisation. The role sits at the intersection of battery development, prototyping, and manufacturing, with a strong emphasis on execution, pace, and design-for-manufacture in a low-volume, high-complexity environment.
