Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $125,000–$300,000+ per year (Commission + Bonuses)
What You'll Do

+ Run two pre-qualified appointments per day (approximately 10 per week)

+ Conduct in-home consultations and assess customers' remodeling needs

+ Build rapport with homeowners and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions

+ Guide customers through the sales process and set clear expectations

+ Close sales while providing an exceptional customer experience

+ Attend two in-person sales meetings each month

+ Support team success while maintaining high professional standards

What We're Looking For

+ Two or more years of in-home or outside sales experience (required)

+ Experience in bathroom remodeling or home improvement sales is a plus
