We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Batcher to join a premier manufacturing organization in Guelph, Ontario. In this essential role, you will be a key contributor to the production team working out of a dynamic mix room to prepare top-tier industrial sealants, foams, firestop products, and adhesives distributed globally. This Permanent position offers a fantastic Monday-to-Thursday schedule (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM) with an early departure every single Friday, allowing you to maximize your weekend and achieve an excellent work-life balance.
As a Batcher, you will step into a fast-paced and physically demanding manufacturing setting. While the mix room is a climate-controlled environment designed for safety and efficiency, it is inherently a dirty environment due to the raw materials and compound dust involved in chemical blending. A successful Batcher must be comfortable with heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds, which can be consistent at times throughout the shif...
