**Job Description**

The Batch Plant Operator operates and monitors concrete batch plant systems to produce accurate, consistent architectural and structural self-consolidating concrete (SCC) mixes in accordance with established specifications and quality standards. This role maintains detailed production and quality records, coordinates closely with dispatch and production teams to meet delivery schedules, and supports routine inspections and basic maintenance of plant equipment in an outdoor, industrial environment.
