**Job Description**

This role focuses on blending batches to produce high-quality adhesives, sealants, and coatings in a controlled manufacturing environment. You will follow detailed recipes and cookbooks, work with dry chemicals, and operate production equipment to ensure consistent, accurate, and safe batch production.

**Responsibilities**

+ Blend batches to produce adhesives, sealants, and coatings according to established recipes and process instructions.
+ Follow recipe guides and cookbooks to measure, weigh, and mix raw ingredients accurately.
+ Work with dry chemicals in a safe and controlled manner while using appropriate personal protective equipment, including a respirator.
+ Set up machinery, hoses, and tankers to support batch mixing and production activities.
+ Stage, gather, and organize raw materials from designated rooms and areas for production runs.
