**Job Description**

This role involves blending batches to produce high-quality adhesives, sealants, and coatings by following detailed recipes and process guidelines. You will work with dry chemicals, operate and set up production equipment, and support the safe and efficient flow of materials throughout the facility. The position requires hands-on work in a manufacturing environment, close collaboration with a lead or higher up operator, and a strong focus on accuracy, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep.

**Responsibilities**

+ Blend batches of adhesives, sealants, and coatings by following recipe guides and cookbooks to ensure consistent product quality.
+ Weigh raw ingredients accurately and prepare materials according to specified formulas and production requirements.
+ Work with dry chemicals in a safe and controlled manner while using appropriate protective equipment, including a respirator.
