**Job Description**
This hybrid role combines batch mixing, filling, and material handling responsibilities to support the production of adhesives, sealants, and coatings. You will blend batches according to detailed recipes, handle raw materials, operate production equipment, and ensure products are properly filled, staged, and prepared for shipment, all while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

**Responsibilities**

+ Blend batches to produce adhesives, sealants, and coatings by following recipe guides and cookbooks with close attention to detail.
+ Weigh and measure raw ingredients accurately to ensure consistent product quality.
+ Work with dry chemical materials and use appropriate personal protective equipment, including a respirator, as required.
+ Set up machinery, hoses, tankers, and related equipment to support mixing, filling, and material handling operations.
