What you will enjoy doing
3-4 years of prior experience in Beauty and Personal Care Manufacturing (, especially Shampoo, cream, lotion, conditioner etc.). Thorough understanding of batch manufacturing process with knowledge of batch making sequence, control points and critical control points. Mixing Equipment Knowledge : Well-versed in operating and handling different types of mixers like Universal Mixer & Contra Mixer (Contra-Rotating Mixer) Practical experience with cleaning and Disinfection Processes and systems , including CIP, SIP and COP processes Understanding of the function of Raw material and the mixing process Able to follow and record BPR Hands on experience in managing process parameters and able to manage process control.
