JD -- 
20+ years of experience in SAP Managed Cloud and hosting domain
• About 10-15 years of Basis Administration/Hosting/Data Center operations experience• About 5-8 years of progressive leadership experience
• Broad and deep working experience in multiple and newer SAP technologies
• Experience and working relationships with hyper-scalers - AWS, Azure, GCP
• Manage outsourced hosting vendors and ensure collaboration within teams for customer success
• Handle escalations beyond regional delivery managers working with counterparts and/or customers
• Participation in multi-landscape design solutions, architecture recommendations, and client strategies for continuous improvement.
• Create strategic roadmap for SAP applications/Digitalization and infrastructure in an enterprise IT environment
