Role Title:Basic Grade Radiographer Job Reference Number:002482 Closing Date:Sunday, 12th July 2026 Purpose of the Role: To provide a quality radiographic service to patients in line with standards of radiography practice General Provide a high standard of radiographic work. Ensure that radiographs are of a good standard and identified correctly with patient name, date etc. Care for patients whilst in their area. Explain to patients about their procedures, times of procedures, likely delays and how patients will receive reports of examinations. Ensure working area under their care is kept clean and tidy at all times. Report any malfunction of apparatus or equipment to the senior in charge of the area or superintendent. Participate in the on-call rota and stand-by duties. Participate in the training of students or other staff if appropriate.
