Base Supervisor

The Base Supervisor is responsible for leading and controlling the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring all activities are effectively planned, resourced, and executed safely, efficiently and in full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves managing and supervising Technicians and third-party personnel, coordinating maintenance, repair, and modification activities, and ensuring that all company equipment and assets are maintained in a safe, serviceable and operational condition at all times.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the activities of Technicians, including Base Technicians, offshore personnel, and third-party labour, deployed onshore for the maintenance, rebuild and modification of company assets and equipment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all workshop and facility related tasks, requests and communications from employees and contractors.
