Qualifications
- Set up and maintain all bar tables, ensuring proper arrangement and cleanliness
- Inspect and prepare all glassware, china, flatware, and linen before service
- Know and describe all drinks on the menu; recommend beverages to guests and suggest cocktails and wines to enhance their selections
- Receive orders from captain or guests and prepare drinks according to Standard Operating Manual procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and mise-en-place at the working station and service pantry
- Replenish supplies of linen, glassware, and operating equipment as needed
- Clean all spillage during service and at closing to maintain a professional bar environment
