Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY
 :
The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
Mix drinks accurately and quickly following all drink recipes.
Stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies.
Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace.
Ensure compliance of all health and safety regulations
Process payments adhering to cash handling and credit policies keeping proper track of all guest credit cards.
Perform all opening and closing duties as assigned.
