Bartender

Position:   Bartender/Barista – No White Plates

Pay: $15 per hr plus tips

Reports To: FOH Management, GM, Director of Operations & Business Administration, Vice President of People and Culture and Founder

Purpose:  Responsible for beverage preparation, bar service, and café operations. The Bartender/Barista exemplifies the leadership, culture, and hospitality standards of No White Plates through professionalism, strong work ethic, product knowledge, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences at the bar and café. 

Who You Are: 

• Two (2) years of experience in the direction and experience in a similar environment 
• Deep knowledge of bar operations and products
• Deep knowledge of coffee operations and products
