Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Engage with guests while delivering excellent customer service
• Follow recipes and portion standards consistently
• Monitor inventory and communicate low stock items
• Assist with bar prep, garnishes, batching, and nightly breakdown
• Ensure compliance with all health and alcohol service regulations
• Maintain professionalism during busy service periods
