BARTENDER

General Responsibilities:

Bartenders are expected to consistently deliver Legendary customer service to not only bar guests, but each person in the restaurant. Ensuring each guest has a memorable experience when their drinks and food are presented exceeding their expectations. Proactively work in a fast-paced team and guest centered environment.

Specific Duties:

1. Report to work as scheduled, on time, well-groomed and dressed in proper uniform.
2. Mix cocktails, serve and pour wine, bottled beer and draft beer according to Reata's protocol.
3. Perform Reata's 10 Step to Server Excellence to each bar, lounge and cocktail guest.
4. Perform all bar opening and closing duties.
5. Slices fruit garnishes at a prescribed par level each day for all bars.
