The Bartender is responsible for supervising an assigned bar profitably, in full compliance with company food safety & sanitation standards, and to provide an enjoyable environment for guests. The Bartender is to provide and maintain quality service through cost control and creative, energetic salesmanship, maintaining good work harmony between all personnel in the assigned area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the F ood safety compliance in the assigned Bar. Comply with the MSC Standard Procedures Manual. Provide courteous, friendly, quick, and professional service. Generate maximum sales and profits by creative work procedures. Train and supervise the work operations of the Assistant Bar Tender, Bar boy and Waiting personnel in the assigned bar area.
