<p><strong>This is a full-time position, 5 days over 7 days. Typical Hours are 3pm until closing however flexibility is required. Hours are subject to change.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Duties include (but are not limited to):</strong></p>

<li>Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner at all times and make appropriate recommendations where required</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of traditional and classic drinks, including cocktails is essential</li>
<li>To have excellent knowledge of the wines and other beverages that you will serve, including the different spirits, beers & soft drinks available and to be able to open, pour and serve all of them according to the Ballyfin 5-star standards<...
