Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, mocktails and other beverages according to the Company’s recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all beverages are consistently prepared and presented according to Company standards.
• Assist guests with beverage recommendations and answer questions regarding menu offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and beverage preparation area.
• Monitor beverage stock levels and inform management of any shortages.
• Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly according to restaurant policy. <...
