Bartender - Full Time

• £12.71 per hour
• Full time position, 40 hours per week, mainly evening shifts and weekends
• Additional share of the service charge and tips every month
• Greet guests, take orders and serve food and drinks
• Answer all queries about the menu including drinks and make suggestions
• Take ownership of guest’s requirements and food allergies
• Set up the dining areas and process charges and payments
• Effectively communicate with managers and all colleagues
• Follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures

• Experienced bartender
• Knowledge of traditional cocktails and spirits
• Experience with handling guest queries and complaints
