£ per hour
Full time position, 40 hours per week, mainly evening shifts and weekends
Additional share of the service charge and tips every month
Greet guests, take orders and serve food and drinks
Answer all queries about the menu including drinks and make suggestions
Take ownership of guest’s requirements and food allergies
Set up the dining areas and process charges and payments
Effectively communicate with managers and all colleagues
Follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures
Qualifications
Experienced bartender
Knowledge of traditional cocktails and spirits
Experience with handling guest queries and complaints
