Technical Skills

• Proficiency with bar equipment including mixers, blenders and dispensers.
• Speed and quality: fast and efficient in preparing drinks during peak hours while maintaining presentation and quality standards.
• Hygiene and compliance: bar area consistently clean, organized and fully restocked.
• Regulatory awareness: maintain knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service.
