Bartender

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages per standard.
• Take drink orders from customers.
• Ensure cleanliness of the bar, glassware and IDs to ensure legal drinking age.
• Maintain customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol supplies.
• Manage bar payments and operate POS system.
• Follow hygiene, health and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bartending certification.
• 12 years of experience in knowledge of cocktails, spirits and bar personality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends, and to be energetic.
