Job Description

SUMMARY
:The primary purpose of this position is to provide prompt and courteous service to members and guests. Prepare and service beverages in a courteous, friendly and professional manner while complying with state and local laws.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum 6 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet Members/Guests in a courteous professional manner.

Mix beverages according to set guidelines to insure uniformity of service

Ensure that bar area is properly stocked and maintained

Close and act as cashier for the dining room and bar operation

Responsible for understanding menus (preparation and display)

Has vast knowledge of mixology

Communicates all problems or concerns to Outlet Manager or Captain
