Petite Edith is the newest restaurant from James Beard-nominated chef Jenner Tomaska & Katrina Bravo (the husband-wife duo behind Chicago's Michelin-starred Esmé). Located at the intersection of the River North and Gold Coast neighborhoods, Petite Edith opened it's doors in early November. An elevated French bistro influenced by Midwest hospitality, the blends French technique with local ingredients in a way that is polished but approachable.
We are seeking an experienced bartender who combines strong technical skills with intuitive hospitality and a calm, confident presence behind the bar. The bar program is looking for another set of hands to keep up with the demand. Our ideal candidate works well with a strong team of bartenders, has an eye for detail and staying organized.
