Overview
The Bartender is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience through knowledgeable, attentive, and engaging service. This role prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and upholds all brand, company, and state beverage standards. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, take drink and food orders, and deliver service with professionalism and efficiency.
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
