Role Summary: The Barista/Cashier ensures a great PICKUP COFFEE experience by preparing quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and handling transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Craft coffee and other drinks as per recipes.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with the menu, and address concerns.
• Cashier Duties: Process transactions, manage payments, and reconcile cash registers.
• Store Operations: Maintain cleanliness, assist in inventory, and follow safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Support team goals and help onboard new hires.
