- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and serving standards at all times.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, recommend menu items, handle cashier duties, process payments, and provide friendly, fast, and efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, coffee machines, equipment, dining area, tables, and workstations while following hygiene, safety, and food standards.
