Overview

ABarista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks, while providing excellent customer service in a café or coffee shop setting. They maintain a clean and welcoming environment and ensure customers receive high-quality products and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso, lattes, teas, and smoothies
• Operate espresso machines and other beverage equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Be knowledgeable about menu items, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods
