Responsibilities

• Applicants have knowledge in preparing espresso-based drinks, brewing coffee, and making teas and other specialty beverages.
• Greeting customers, answering questions about menu ingredients, making recommendations, and handling orders with accuracy.
• Operating grinders and commercial espresso machines, performing routine cleaning, and troubleshooting equipment.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, tools, seating areas, and restrooms regularly.
• Replenishing supplies such as milk, coffee beans, cups, and pastries, and informing management of inventory levels.
• Processing payments via POS systems, cash registers, or card readers.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing techniques to educate customers.
