Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all customers
• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments
• Deal with customer queries or concerns in a polite and helpful manner

Beverage & Food Preparation

• Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to company standards
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment safely
• Prepare and serve light food items where required

Quality & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and seating areas
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times
• Ensure products are correctly labelled and stored

Operational Duties

• Open and/or close the cafe as required
