Responsibilities

• Craft drinks according to customers’ orders and prepare food items such as pastries and sandwiches.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the workspace and maintain the coffee machine.
• Handle customer complaints or issues when they arise.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Good knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and how to make them.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
