Barista

We’re looking for an energetic, coffee and specialty drink-loving Barista to join us this season in Woodlawn. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and passionate about supporting BIPOC entrepreneurship. Just as important, this person must genuinely care about customer experience and bring the friendliness and consistency that keeps our guests coming back.

Coffee & Beverage Preparation:

• Craft espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and care.
• Support the launch and promotion of our new beverage program, contributing ideas and feedback on new recipes.
• Master drink recipes, presentation standards, and proper brewing techniques.
• Customer Service & Front-of-House Duties
• Provide outstanding service by welcoming every guest warmly and creating a positive, community-centered experience.
